We will not share your data with third parties except with your permission. We will only use your idenity information to maintain your pirvate account with us and respect your right to privacy by only contacting you as needed to maintain your account.
We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account information that you provided to us in registration. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting our webmaster . There will be no charge for this.
Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as public posts that may appear within our forums, or invoices in our accounting system may continue to remain even though your user account is deleted. We might choose to delete your name and replace it with "anonymous" to maintain the content but honor your request to have your identity removed from the system. At our option there might be charges involved in doing this although it is generally our policy to remove any email address that can be publically viewed free of charge at the owner's request.
While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data such as criminals hacking into our system. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of data. We can not be responsible for loss of data due to theft but will cooperate with law enforcement to track done the source of any intrusion.
