Our data centers are manned and managed 24 hours a day. All inquiries, email or telephone, will be answered promptly during our business hours. When you seek email support if it is determined by us that you need telephone assistance or if you request telephone assistance it will be made available as soon as possible. We will email you with a time. The exception is some clients have managed plans and have our support telephone number for emergencies. If you need after hours support it can be arranged in advance by contacting us. |
If you want to report your web site is down or unreachable keep in mind that we monitor the server 24 hours a day and probably not only already know it is down but we are working on resolving the problem. Our uptime is over 99.9% so it is usually your internet connection that is having the problems.
Remember, sometimes the Internet has problems outside our control. If your web site is on an economic scale to justify disaster recovery plans and similar services let us know. We can have duplicate servers and instant disaster recovery if your web site is producing revenue to justify these expenses.
